Special arrangements may be made for early or late check-in.
Cigarette smoking is allowed outdoors on the portal or patio.
A deposit is required equaling one-half of the entire stay (or a minimum of one night) to confirm a reservation.
Length of Stay
Two night minimum; one night stays possible based upon availability. Seasonal rates and additional minimums may apply.
For reservations cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival, I will refund the deposit minus a 10% administrative fee.
If cancellation is received past this date, deposit will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee when room is rebooked.
This cancellation period also applies to changes in reservations that shorten the length of stay.
The following holiday periods have a 21 day cancellation period and a three night minimum:
Valentine's/Presidents' Day Week, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend and Thanksgiving Week.
The Christmas & New Year's winter holiday period has a 45 day cancellation period.
For reservations from December 17 - 26th:
There is a five night minimum with no arrivals or departures on either Christmas Eve or Day.
For reservations December 26 - January 3rd:
There is a three night minimum with no arrivals or departures on New Year's Day. Shorter stays may become available so please inquire.
